Dani Williams
Co-Founder & Director
Dani Williams has proudly served the Virginia Highland community for over 18 years as a dedicated nanny, educator, and baby life coach, supporting families through every stage of early childhood with a thoughtful, hands-on approach. She holds a degree in Biology with a minor in Early Childhood Education and Chemistry, bringing a strong foundation in both science and child development into her work, where she creates engaging, curiosity-driven learning environments. Dani previously served as Assistant Director at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Nursery School, where she played a key role in shaping curriculum and program structure, and was instrumental in launching the Crossroads Kids Pre-K initiative supporting children experiencing homelessness—reflecting her deep commitment to community impact and equitable education.

Jade Lauren
Co-Founder & Director
Jade Lauren brings over a decade of experience working closely with children and families, with a strong foundation in child development and early childhood education. She has supported children across a variety of settings as a nanny, program advisor, and childcare professional, developing a thoughtful, relationship-centered approach that prioritizes each child’s emotional and developmental needs. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) and is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), allowing her to bring both developmental expertise and behavioral insight into her work. As Co-Founder & Director, Jade plays a key role in shaping the daily experience of the program, designing intentional learning environments that foster confidence, independence, and a lasting love of learning.
