Camp Policies & Expectations
Attendance & Absence
Camp activities begin promptly at 9:00 AM. Please notify the staff via phone by 8:30 AM if your child will be absent or arriving late. Consistent attendance helps our campers stay synchronized with our STEM lab projects and group experiments.
Secure Authorized Pick-up
Safety is our top priority. Children will only be released to parents, guardians, or individuals listed as authorized pickups on their family profile. Photo identification is required for verification during check-out for anyone not known to our staff.
Behavioral Expectations
We cultivate a respectful environment through positive reinforcement and proactive redirections. Campers are expected to follow lab safety protocols and treat their peers with kindness, ensuring a constructive atmosphere for scientific discovery and creative play.
Medical & Health Guidelines
A current GA Form 3231 immunization record must be on file for every participant. If a child becomes ill during camp, parents will be notified for immediate pick-up. We are a nut-aware facility to protect our campers with sensitivities.
Meals & Nutrition
Nutritious lunch and snacks are provided daily, thoughtfully prepared to support your child's growth energy and overall well-being. We are a nut-aware program and strive to accommodate common food allergies so families can enjoy a stress-free morning without the need to pack meals.
Health & Standards
Your Child’s Safety First
We maintain clinical-grade hygiene standards and secure campus monitoring for total peace of mind. Our safety framework includes pediatric CPR/First Aid certified teachers, and daily sanitization of all international STEM labs and play equipment. With restricted campus access and secure check-in procedures, your child explores in a protected haven designed for curiosity.
